NASA Aerospace Engineer at NASA Ames Research Center
Stuart Rogers is an aerospace engineer developing and applying computational fluid dynamics software tools for 27 years. The Space Launch System program, the Orion Multi-Purpose Crew Vehicle and the space shuttle program are just a few of the many programs Stuart supported. He currently leads the NASA Ames ascent aerodynamics group for the Space Launch System program. Education: B.S. (1983) and M.S. (1985) in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Colorado, and Ph.D. (1989) in Aeronautics and Astronautics from Stanford.
Stuart will participate in the NASA Next Technology panel to discuss innovative technologies including ADEPT umbrella heat shield, quantum computing, aviation and more.
