Brian Pulido's words and creations have been infecting the world of comics and beyond, creating a legacy of edgy characters and stories with a dark sensibility that has influenced pop culture and made underground imagery mainstream. His professional experience ranges from award-winning comic book writing and publishing, to screenwriting, film producing and directing.

Pulido founded Chaos! Comics in 1994 where he wrote and published hundreds of comics, including “Lady Death,” “Evil Ernie,” “Purgatori” and licensed comics including “A Nightmare on Elm St.,” “Cryptic Writings of Megadeth,” “Chucky,” “Friday The 13th,” “Halloween,” “Texas Chainsaw Massacre” and many, many more.

In 2015, he launched Coffin Comics and has written and published: “Lady Death: Chaos Rules #1,” “Lady Death: Damnation Game #1,” “Lady Death: Extinction Express #1,” “Lady Death: Oblivion Kiss #1,” “La Muerta #1: Descent,” “La Muerta #1: Last Rites & Zack” and “The Zombie Exterminator.” He is the owner of

Pulido wrote and directed the feature film “The Graves,” starring Tony Todd (“Candy Man”) and Bill Moseley (“The Devil’s Rejects”) and distributed by Syfy, Lionsgate, Netflix and Locally, Pulido has directed and produced music videos for Calabrese, The Love Me Nots, Butcher Jones and Sixstitch.

He is on The Hero Initiative’s fundraising board, has received the Comic Book Legal Defense Fund’s Defender of Liberty Award and is the Chief Creative Officer for Mischief Maker Studios.
